Dede Fratt and Lindsay Bush are great friends that share a love of fine design. In 2018, at the request of a talented designer, they took on a few design projects to help their clients get their homes market ready. The results were better than expected.

Fratt & Bush Home (FBH) helps people fall in love with their home again, via design coaching, remodeling, and some clever styling tricks. Known for their discerning eye in creating beautiful spaces that combine comfort with quiet sophistication, they thoughtfully layer modern elements alongside beloved treasures creating a seamless ambiance that flows from one room to the next.

Additionally, FBH has had great success in helping sellers and realtors bring their homes, and listings, up to “market ready” standards, resulting in rapid sales at their desired price.
